REFUND POLICY

If you have an issue with your order, we will be happy to help. Feel free to reach out via the contact form below and we will do everything we can to find a solution for you.

LIABILITY

Once the artworks or prints are in possession of the customer, we will not take liability for any damage that occurs to them. We will not refund, exchange, replace, or compensate by any means for damage of products within the care of the customers.

All product descriptions are clear and concise, with all information easily accessible. It is not our duty to compensate customers who didn’t read the provided information before purchasing. This applies to any and all public pages within www.meganallard.com.

The product photos represent the artworks true to their colours in natural daylight. Keep in mind colours may appear different if your device’s colour calibrations are different, your device display is yellowed for night mode, or if you are viewing the artwork under artificial lights or any lighting conditions other than natural daylight.

RETURN POLICY

Great care is taken to carefully package all original artworks, canvas prints, and giclée paper prints to be safely shipped to you. Megan uses the highest quality art and print materials to ensure your artwork will bring you joy for many years to come. Please see our return policies for each product type below. We honour a 30 day return policy on eligible products. Your product must be in the same condition you received it to be eligible for return.

Original Artworks and Canvas Prints (not eligible)

All original artwork and canvas print sales are final. This is due to the substantial time and cost Megan pays for professional artwork packaging and insured shipping via professional couriers to your home. Please review the ARTWORK CARE instructions for information about how to properly care for your original artworks and canvas prints.

Giclée Fine Art Paper Prints (eligibility varies)

Paper prints are extremely delicate and must be handled with the utmost care. Most paper prints cannot be re-sold upon return, as our quality control standards are very strict. Only prints that have not been handled and are in their original packaging will be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Please be mindful when choosing the perfect artwork. Please also review the ARTWORK CARE instructions for information about how to properly care for your giclée fine art paper prints.

Gift Vouchers (not eligible)

Gift vouchers are a digital product and therefore are non-refundable.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
