SHIPPING POLICY

All paper prints, small original artworks, and small canvas prints are packaged with care and shipped via Australia Post. Original artworks and canvas prints over 24” are shipped with insurance via professional courier. Tracking information is provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Free shipping applies to all products within Australia. Please note there may be delays in shipping times due to the impact of Covid-19.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free shipping applies to all countries outside Australia. Please note there may be delays in shipping times due to the impact of Covid-19.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping at this time. Australia Post and other couriers are unable to guarantee express shipping due to the impact of Covid-19. 

DISPATCH TURNAROUND

Original Artworks: Please allow 1-2 weeks for Megan to package and dispatch original artworks, as they take a considerable amount of time and care to prepare for safe shipping.

Giclée Fine Art Paper Prints and Canvas Prints: These are made to order and take 3-5 weeks to print and package for dispatch. Our fine art printer is experiencing high demand due to the impact of Covid-19, resulting in production delays.

SHIPPING DELAYS 

Australian and international shipping continues to be delayed due to the impact of Covid-19. We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All we can do for you is to restate the tracking information that is provided when your order is fulfilled.

DUTIES + TAXES

Megan’s studio is operated in Sydney, Australia and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, original artworks, and fine art prints.
 
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).

Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

We are unable to ship your artwork again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the address was incorrect or customs and/or import duties were not paid. Cost of re-shipping varies from country to country.
